Augmented Reality (AR) advancements on mobile devices which have seen now overgrowing, mirrored in the increased use of portable handheld referring to phones and tablets recent years led a sub-set AR: ARs (MAR). Nevertheless, MAR, research is still lacking, especially that focuses implementing instructional based MAR application with appropriate degree visual realism support Spatial Visualization Ability (SVA). Thus, this paper provides an overview implementation incorporate Spatial-Visual Topology (SVT) application. First, we outline two main applicable implement application, Physical Realism (PR) Functional (FR).
